Co-Founder – EconomistProfessional with more than 15 years of experience as an economist, tax and labor specialist, he developed his career in private companies, as a financial director, in the Food industry, large-scale distribution, construction, and industry sectors.
He is a member of the Economistas Asesores Laborales y de Economistas expertos en Contabilidad e información Financiera Section, of the Colegio de Economistas de España, since its establishment.
Víctor Guerra
Co-Founder – LawyerLawyer (Abogado Colegiado 86824) in the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid. Bankruptcy administrator Certificate of the General Council of the Spanish Lawyers for Foreign Affairs.
Giuseppe Leotta
Co-Founder – LawyerPractitioner lawyer in Italy, with more than 15 years of experience in civil, commercial, tax, labor, sports and bankruptcy law, in both national and international matters.
In 2008 he opened his professional firm in Spain, where he is enrolled in the Ilustre Colegio de Abogado de Murcia, as Abogado, dealing with both judicial and extrajudicial matters in both States, in the various sectors of Comparative Law and Law of the European Union.
He is a member of the Private International Law Section of the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Murcia, currently holding the position of Advisor.
Since 2013 he has been Consular Correspondent of Italy in the Region of Murcia, a position that he currently covers.
Rafael Romero Huertas
Co-Founder – FiscalistMore than 25 years of professional experience as an economist, specialized in crisis states in companies, viability and financial difficulties. He has developed his professional experience in private companies as Economic-Financial Director in firms in the Food industry, promotion-construction and distribution sectors.
With more than 10 years of experience as a Bankruptcy Administrator, he is a member of the Consejo General de Colegios de Economistas de España, also registered as a Forensic Economist (REFOR), and as an Accounting Expert (REC). Also member of the Colegio de Economistas de la Región de Murcia and Colegio de Economistas de Alicante.
